Immunization Information
We will give you a packet of reading material about all the routine immunizations and well baby schedule when you come for your first check-up (2 weeks of age). The immunizations begin at 2 months of age and will occur at subsequent well baby visits. It is very important that you review this material in detail so that you will understand fully the risks and benefits of these vaccines. If you have any questions after reviewing these materials please ask us before signing your consent to having the immunizations given. More detailed information about the nationally recommended immunization schedule and the specifics of each immunization may be obtained from the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
